I've never believed presence is something you either have or you don't.

It's built. From the inside out.

That conviction shapes everything I do and came from living it.

I spent 25 years in corporate financial services as a GM across Technology, Operations and Transformation. When I left and started this business, I made the mistake of boxing that part of me in. I tried to park the executive leadership experience, the transformation work, the years of post-grad study and accreditations, and the depth across leading high-performance teams.

I thought I was starting from scratch. I wasn't, and neither are you.

That experience doesn't disappear when you pivot or evolve. It's part of your why. It shapes how you lead, how you think, how you hold a room. The work isn't about discarding who you've been. It's about integrating it with where you are going.

That's what I help senior women do now. I partner with women in leadership to own their presence as they step into bigger rooms, through strategic leadership coaching, brand and style. Women who are respected for what they deliver and ready to be remembered for who they are.
